Purchased this barrel from B.Kings last week simply because you cannot beat the prices here in addition to the great service. I originally had a government profile barrel on my M5E1 build, but the precision shooting bug got me and I wanted something with a little more precision. This barrel is certainly heavy as it comes in the .936 diameter profile, but to be honest I didn’t notice that great of a difference simply holding the rifle even though there are a few pounds difference.
Performance was fantastic! I was able to take this barrel to the range after installing it and checking headspace and it performed really well. I am still breaking the barrel in, however I shot a few really impressive groups that were sub moa and 1 5-shot group that was basically 1 hole. Once this barrel is properly broken in and I have a load developed it’s going to be a shooter.

I have been waiting for this barrel to come into stock, received a notification that it was avaliable, results on paper barrels capabilities shoots 1/2 MOA groups.
The replacement barrel I had on before this bull barrel, another type of 20 inch barrel didn’t shoot as well, although would shoot under 1 inch MOA sometimes, then shoot a 2-3 inch group, was my reasoning to buy the Bull Barrel

I really like the look of the barrel. And it shoots great. But the bead blast finish scratches so easy. It already had some scratches when I took it out of the package. I even sanded the inside of my gas block. It left a little scratch. I am very satisfied with my other Ballistic Advantage Barrels. But I will never buy another with a bead blasted finish.
