There is a restocking fee of 8% if the order is cancelled and refunded to your CC or we can offer 100% in store credit. If you decide to backorder, you will still be charged the 8% CC Fee for canceling the order. Once the item has left our store the restocking fee is 15%. For Refund you must pay the shipping back.  Items that are not 100% same condition will be reviewed by the Owner for refund % if we accept the return.

Our products are covered 100% by the manufacturer’s warranty. You have 7 days from when the product is delivered to your door or picked up from your FFL to report any defects or problems to us.

There will be a 30% restocking fee on all serialized items returned including failed background checks.
