This .223 Wylde chambered 16-inch barrel is machined from 416R Stainless Steel with a QPQ Corrosion Resistant Finish. Our Premium Black Series Barrels feature a Nickel Boron Coated Extended M4 Feed Ramp Extension.
Hanson Series Barrels feature our proprietary BA Hanson profile and include a pinned lo-pro gas block. Hanson barrels are not designed to work with aftermarket piston kits.

Super fast shipping, easy to deal with. Great prices. This is a new build and I haven’t had the chance to shoot the barrel yet. I like the pre-drilled pinned barrel. BKings is one of my go to vendors when looking for parts, I highly recommend them.

Checked it out with a bore-scope – nice crisp clean rifling, throat looked good, chamber walls were smooth, crown also looked good. You’d be amazed how few barrels I have bought the last few years I can say all that about. I haven’t had a chance to accuracy test yet, but I expect it should be at least in the ‘very good’ class, possibly better than that, based on the bore-scope inspection. The only barrels I’ve looked at recently that were cleaner cut were Odinworks (who hand-laps all theirs). I test-fired it a few times with full 5.56, and kicked brass to exactly 3:00 sharp, locked bolt back on empty mag, and recoil was smooth – so it’s pretty much perfectly gassed. Highly recommended.

Review for mostly for seller and not the product. First, I assume the product is pretty great for a barrel that is not CHF or chrome lined, but seems hard to find a Wylde chambered barrel with those features anyway bc it tends to be a civilian product. Product looks premium, and I expect it to comply with it’s rep. I don’t find AR’s that hard to assemble but I don’t have some more specialized gear like a gas block dimpling jig etc. and this solved that problem. If something is wildly amiss once installed and shot I’ll revise this review.
Now about the seller. Excellent price on this barrel. At least $30 less than anywhere else that stocked it and it wasn’t even on the BA site, and I’m pretty sure it wasn’t on sale when ordered. Second, all the other accessories in my order—gas tube, muzzle device, etc—were properly included. My order was processed fast and shipping was reasonable in cost. One week from order to receipt, and I live at the far end of the country. If I had a complaint, I do like to order my firearm orders to a work PO Box to avoid possible porch pirates, and BK policy to not ship to address not associated with payment card sort of thwarts that preference, but I can track arrival and be present if necessary. For AR parts this business is an excellent supplier!
