This service is for the following:
We will laser engrave your NFA firearm or laser your name. An NFA item has to be a very deep engraving .003″ which we can easily do with our system. If you want your name or to write something funny as non NFA we can do what they call “frosting” which just lasers the top layer of metal. The charging handle pictured was done by “frosting”. An example of the deep NFA engraving would be the same that is already on the firearms from the manufacture.

“The engraving or stamping (impressing) of the serial number must be to a minimum depth of .003 inch and in a print size no smaller than 1/16 inch. This is important when you are selecting an engraver for your NFA markings – many decorative engravers will not meet the BATFE depth requirement.Jun 6, 2016”

The engraving was extremely bigger than I expected for what I was using it for it worked out perfect due to how picky the ATF is I gave it a 4 due to the how big the engraving was.
