You must be 21 or older to purchase ammunition in DE. For safety reasons, we do not accept returns on ammunition.
All ammunition is considered hazardous and will be shipped ground, contiguous 48 states only. A street address is required for delivery.

ORDER CHANGES POLICY:
Sometimes it is necessary to change or cancel an order after it has already been placed. We try to balance Super-Fast, Low-Cost Shipping while still trying to be Customer friendly when it comes to orders. Our shipping system is so fast, in many cases, it is only seconds from the time the order is placed until the time our folks in the shipping department start packing your order. Our shipping system ensures we get your order picked, pulled, packed and shipped quickly. Unfortunately, because our processes happen so quickly, it prohibits us from allowing changes to orders once they have been placed.
If you need to make a change to your order, including:
- Adding/removing products
- Modifying your credit card or billing information
- Modifying the shipping address or shipping method
You will need to cancel your current order and place a new order with the updated information. Please understand, we ship extremely quickly. Depending on the level of orders we are experiencing when you place your order, the cancellation window may only be a few minutes and typically not longer than 15 minutes. Please cancel and reorder as soon as you realize you need to make a change in order to have the best opportunity to catch the order before it ships. Once it ships, your order cannot be cancelled.

All sales are FINAL for serialized items. Serialized items must be transferred within 90 days of the order completion(or Fundraiser/Raffle Drawing Selection), unless otherwise specified and approved by B. King’s Firearms prior to ordering. A There is a restocking fee of 8% if the order is cancelled and refunded to your CC or we can offer 100% in store credit. Once the item has left our store the restocking fee is 15%. For Refund you must pay the shipping back. Item’s that are not 100% same condition will be reviewed by the Owner for refund % if we accept the return.
Our products are covered by manufactures warranties 100%, with that being said if we find you have a manufactures defect with your product you would contact them directly for repair or replacement. You have 7 days from when the product is delivered to your door or picked up from your FFL to report any defects or problems to us. IE…We will not except a return if you report a tiny scratch when your order was delivered two months earlier…
There will be a 30% restocking fee on all controlled items returned because of failed background checks.
