I used this upper to build an M16A2 clone and was pleased with the quality. This version doesn’t have M4 ramps (barrel does) and my prelminary test firing came off with no issues. I put a surplus rear sight on and the rest of the pieces, mounted the 20″ barrel, and this looks like one I carried on deployment way back. Can’t beat it for the price and carry handle uppers can get expensive, especially with a fully assembled upper.
