Description

The BKF A5 buffer tube assembly’s are intermediate in length. The buffer and the tube are both 3/4 of an inch longer than a standard carbine buffer tube assembly’s. It also uses a rifle length buffer spring instead of the standard carbine spring. The summary is that it helps control carrier speed, modulates felt recoil and most importantly opens up the entire operating range of the gun. This allows the gun to operate correctly under a much broader range of inputs and variables. This typically translates to greater overall reliability.
