This is our standard Carbine Length 6-Position Mil-Spec buffer tube/receiver extension. It’s made of durable CNC machined T6-6061 aluminum and fits carbine length buttstocks.

I shopped the internet for an fde buffer tube to match my 308 lower. This one was the most reasonably priced I found. Shipping was faster than I expected . It took a couple days. The fit and finish are excellent. I’m not a professional AR builder but I do own 4 of various makes and this tube is just as good as any of them. I would buy again. I haven’t taken it to the field yet but it seems the finish is going to hold up.

This tube went on my current FDE build where the lower, upper and rail were from Aero Precision and all FDE. The quality is excellent, going on with no issues. Threading was tight and the tube ended on the buffer retainer perfectly, holding quite a bit of the retainer pin without extending past the receiver lip. I did not see any finish problems or blemishes either. The color was extremely close to Aero’s FDE, being just a bit darker and definitely more matte. My Magpul stock is lighter, but not a big deal.
The price was the best I could find and delivery was super fast – I ordered the tube on one day and it was delivered three days later.
