    As it happened I didn’t get to install and test the item for about a month after I took delivery. To my amazement it did not operate correctly.
    As I headed to the receipts bin with the items in one hand and hope in the other, could I dare? But alas, I was to be defeated by my own acceptance of the return policy. (7) seven days.
    The punch to the gut was almost palpable as I gasped in utter disgust. ‘Story of my life‘ I muttered to my dogs whose only reply was to plant muddy forepaws on my freshly laundered uniform.
