I haven’t shot it, my build isn’t complete yet. But it appears to be a quality made barrel. Great finish, tight fit in my Aero M5 upper and my .750 gas block slid on nicely.

Great accuracy at a great price! This is my first Faxon barrel purchase but it will not be my last! I followed BKings barrel break in procedure even though they reference QPQ coated barrels do not necessarily need to be broken in. I intend to shoot 1000yds with this gun, so it was worth it to me to spend a little extra time making sure the barrel is going to perform. Cheap ammo such as Aguila .308 150GR FMJ was probably about 2MOA at 100yds. Nosler Noveske 168GR was about 1MOA at 100yds. Federal Premium 168GR Sierra Match King was patterning at 1MOA at 200 yards! For optics I’m using a Vortex Viper PST Gen II 5-25×50 FFP in a Vortex Precision Extended 20MOA Cantilever Mount. Happy with my setup after my first range day sighting in / breaking in the barrel the other day!
