BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE. Definitely NOT burnt bronze. I have 2 aero precision lowers, 3 slr rifleworks handguards and 1 aero upper receiver (all in BB) that match perfectly. All ordered from different retailers. Contacted bkings and asked for a replacement, but they just told me i could return it, wouldnt offer an exchange. Kinda weird.
I kept the receiver and took it to a local cerakote guy and he independantly confirmed that it is NOT burnt bronze. The sheen was significantly off, almost FDE colored, the grain in the mix was gritty like coarse sandpaper instead of the very fine sand grain it should be.
DONT BUY HERE. they say they lride themselves on customer service but when spoke with them on the phone and sent pictures, they were very rude and didnt give a shit.

Cerakote done at different times or by different cerakote will never match 100%. The pictures you sent of our upper matched the SLR rail better than the Aero’s burnt bronze receivers . Every single one of our cerakoters is certified by cerakote which 90% are not. We offered a return immediately which you declined.
